Volari is an AI-powered executive coaching service that connects to your calendar to provide personalized insights on time management, schedule optimization, and productivity.

Account Registration

To use Volari, you must sign in with a Google or Microsoft account and grant calendar access. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your calendar permissions are appropriate for your needs

Calendar Access and Permissions

By using Volari, you authorize us to:

• Read your calendar events to analyze your schedule
• Create calendar events only when you explicitly approve recommendations
• Access basic profile information (name, email) from your account

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account access with others
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

AI-Generated Recommendations

Volari provides AI-generated coaching recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• Recommendations are suggestions, not professional advice
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any calendar changes
• AI recommendations may not always be accurate or appropriate for your situation
• You should use your own judgment when acting on recommendations

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Volari and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or lost productivity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking calendar access through your account settings.
