2.1 AI Processing
Volari uses artificial intelligence to analyze your calendar patterns, generate personalized coaching insights, and provide conversational coaching. We do not use your personal data to train AI models shared with other users.

4. Google Calendar Integration
4.1 Authorization
When you connect your Google Calendar, you are redirected to Google's secure OAuth consent screen where you explicitly authorize the permissions Volari requests. You can revoke this access at any time.

- Create protected focus blocks on your behalf
- Decline meeting requests during protected time
- Reschedule meetings to protect focus time
- Cancel low-value or redundant meetings
- Modify meeting times to optimize your schedule
You control the level of authority:
- Advise Only — Volari analyzes and suggests; you take action
- Protect — Volari creates blocks and declines new conflicts
- Manage — Volari can reschedule existing meetings
- Full Authority — Volari manages your calendar like an executive assistant
All automation features require your explicit opt-in. All changes are logged and reversible.
4.4 Revoking Calendar Access
You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time via Settings → Calendar → Disconnect, or by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions.
When you disconnect, we immediately stop accessing your calendar and delete stored calendar data within 30 days.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Service providers who help operate Volari (hosting, payments)
- When required by law
- In connection with a business transfer (with notice)

You can:
- Access and export your data
